Miss Milly Returns Policy for online purchases

If you would like to return an item to Miss Milly for refund or exchange, please refer to the information below.

You can return any item for a refund at the price you purchased your item at within 14 calendar days of receipt. This includes sale items.
You can exchange your item for a different colour or style within 14 calendar days of receiving your original order. Just note down the details of your replacement on the returns form that can be downloaded from our website and send back to us in the original condition and packaging.You may be charged at cost for sending out the replacement item, depending on the item and the value of your original order.
The cost of returning any items to us for refund or exchange is your responsibility (excludes faulty items).
Please note that earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
All goods will be inspected on return. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods including original delivery costs and returns postage where applicable.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure that they are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
We try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Information about the Distance Selling Regulations

The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have 14 calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.

The 14 calendar days starts from the day after you receive your order.
We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to contact us quoting your order number.
If you have already received your order, you will need to return all of the items in the order. The cost of the return postage is your responsibility. You will have 14 calendar days from the date you notified us to return the goods or provide the proof of return.
The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
We try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have the item(s) collected at your cost.
