If you view this site without logging in, all prices are Recommended Retail Prices in Pounds Sterling (£), VAT inclusive and exclusive of Postage & Packing (P&P). Once you log in, all prices are Wholesale Prices and exclusive of VAT at 20% and Shipping. You understand that due to the continual updating of product and fluctuations in exchange rates, Miss Milly reserves the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice. The price you pay will be the one that was valid on the website at the time of your order.
Who We Supply
Miss Milly sells wholesale product to retailers, party planners, selected market traders, craft fair traders and e-tailers. We do not supply to car booters or eBay or other Internet auction traders in order to protect the Miss Milly brand and the business and price points of existing customers. If you wish to sell on Amazon, Not On The High Street, Etsy or a similar third party website, please contact us first. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to a potential customer whose business conflicts with our own activity or that of an existing customer.
Exclusivity of an area is decided based upon a number of factors, including: size/population of the town or city, the type of business, the total value of sales the customer has made during the financial year and the date of their last order. In general, we consider spend of £1000 ex VAT in a 12 month period to be the minimum for granting exclusivity. Exclusivity can only be granted to retail outlets and not to any other kind of business. If a retailer stocks only Miss Milly jewellery or scarves, we reserve the right to supply another outlet close by with the other product category. We reserve the right to supply national companies in any area.
Most orders are sent out the same or next working day as received. However, there may be slight delays at busy times, such as during and after trade shows, and in the run-up to Christmas.
Minimum order for wholesale prices is £100 ex VAT and Shipping. All items are sold as single pieces so you can pick the exact quantity and colours you need.
Miss Milly does not provide a back order service as many of our lines are not re-stocked. If a product is out of stock it cannot be ordered until it is back in stock. Items that are out of stock will not show on the website.

Rest of the World
£50 for all orders for destinations currently quoted on our website. Should the actual shipping cost be substantially more or less than £50, we will charge or refund you the difference. If the cost is more, you will be quoted for your acceptance first and if you don’t wish to go ahead, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
Not all destinations will be available for quotes on our system. For orders being shipped to these locations, please email email@example.com or call us on +44 1905 622509. The shipping cost for other overseas locations is calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and will be quoted for your acceptance before payment is requested.
We reserve the right to cover our delivery costs and charge extra for heavier or bulkier shipments anywhere in the world. In such instances, the surcharge will be quoted for your acceptance before your order is finalised.
Overseas customers are responsible for complying with their country’s importation laws and taxes, and understand that all goods are shipped at the Purchaser’s risk.
VAT at 20% will be added to all UK invoices. VAT will be charged on the total cost of the products, the shipping and any surcharges (where applicable) in line with HMRC regulations. Orders from outside the UK but within the EU will not be charged VAT if a valid VAT registration number is provided. At the same time, we will also need the full company name and address that the VAT number is registered to. Orders from outside the EU will not be charged VAT.
Miss Milly products can only be dispatched upon payment in full, including delivery charges, unless you have applied for a credit account (UK customers only), which has been approved. Please go to the Credit Account (link) page to download an application form. The Credit Account page is only available to retailers with a trade login.
Payment can be made by card online through our secure payment provider, Sagepay. You may also select to pay by BACS transfer and you will find our bank account details on your Order Confirmation email.
For overseas customers, please note that CHAPS payments can be sent in Pounds Sterling only. The sender must elect to pay ALL charges, including those of any intermediary banks used.
Any orders that are made online and not completed will be held in your Shopping Basket. You will be able to see them when you next log in. You can also view your complete order history.
If you are struggling with your order or are unable to find specific products, you can call us and we will be able to remotely log in and complete the order on your behalf.
Updating Account Information
Once you have created an account with Miss Milly, you will be able to log in at any time and update your details, including your billing and shipping addresses and password.
