  • Sarah’s been working with colour for over 20 years but with eyes like a magpie her wardrobe is a rainbow mix. Yesterday she visited the fab @styleandcolouracademy in Pershore, Worcestershire for a colour analysis session. It turns out she’s an Autumn: “Your overall look is warm, earthy and rich. Your most flattering colours are intense but muted with a warm golden undertone.” And she couldn’t resist this cosy jumper, perfect for her new Autumn self. 💚 “It was a great couple of hours spent with @jogaffneystylinglife finding out which colours I should wear the most with my skin tones. And how to continue to wear the pieces I love that aren’t quite right for me by accessorising and layering. And I uncovered a couple of perfect new pieces in the treasure trove of a shop.”
  • Oh, the weather outside is frightful. But the jewels are so delightful. And since here it’s cosy and warm. Let it storm, let it storm, let it storm. Thats it, the Christmas tunes are go!   • What a miserable day out there! Storm Claudia is making her way to us, it’s definitely a scarf day. We have a lovely selection of scarves online in a range of colours, including on-trend dark reds and greens. But you’ll also find blues, turquoises, pinks, oranges, yellows and greys. Reasonably priced with orders over £15 shipped for free in the UK.

Choose appropriate props (colour, size) and position 4. Take a test shot and reposition as necessary 5. Shoot from different angles, reviewing as you go along. Tiny tweaks to the setup can make a big difference 6. If it isn’t working, move on and try something different Yesterday, less was definitely more and it’s great to see how over our photoshoot history, we’ve developed a style. Combining scarves with the jewellery a couple of seasons ago was definitely a game changer.
  • And that’s a wrap on our Spring and Summer 2026 lifestyle photoshoot. Swipe for a few sneaky peeks at what’s coming in January (just my phone shots, not the pro ones). @Brand new jewellery designs alongside old favourites in great new colours. And gorgeous scarves in vibrant colours, some with tassels and others in a new super soft 80% cotton / 20% viscose mix.
