Our stockists are so important to us and we’ve worked hard to build up a good network of retailers throughout the UK and Ireland so that you can find Miss Milly jewellery, scarves and bags in a store near you. Many of our wonderful gift shops and fashion boutiques have been working with us for years and we really do appreciate it.
There are still (and always will be) gaps but having our brand consistently appear in the gift media helps us to plug these as retailers decide to try out a new jewellery or scarf brand. And the same with trade shows and social media.
It is as true now as it was back in 1995, when Sarah graduated with a Public Media degree, that it can take around eight different touch points before a potential customer takes the plunge and places an order. And sometimes it can take a lot more. We have had retailers visit our stand at trade shows for five or more years on the trot before they give Miss Milly a go. We get it, it’s very hard to not buy to your own taste or to buy a collection you love but you’re not sure your customers will.
And this is why our minimum order is still just £100 and you can buy everything in singles. We try to make it as easy as possible for stores to try us out with minimal expenditure.
