We only ship out on Monday to Friday, so if ordered on Friday after 10am or on Saturday or Sunday, it would be with you on Tuesday.

Standard Delivery outside the UK
Cost: £9.00 Royal Mail International Delivery time depends on the destination but is approximately 7 working days but we have seen orders to Ireland taking two weeks. We reserve the right to cover our delivery costs and charge extra for heavier or bulkier shipments to anywhere outside the UK. In such instances, the surcharge will be quoted for your acceptance before your order is finalised. Overseas customers are responsible for complying with their country’s importation laws and taxes, and understand that all goods are shipped at the Purchaser’s risk.

Tracking your Delivery
Miss Milly orders are not shipped on a trackable basis unless you choose the Speedy Delivery within the UK service. If your order has not arrived by the time you expected it, please contact us and we will confirm the date of dispatch and discuss the next steps to take. Please note that Royal Mail does not classify any postal item as lost until 15 working days have lapsed. If you would like a replacement item to be sent out before this time, we will need to hold credit card details for you in the event that the original item turns up too. If you would like to be refunded for a lost item, this can be issued after the 15 working days period has passed and Royal Mail has acknowledged the loss (usually a further 5-7 working days later once a claim has been submitted). Please also note that in the past we have found that the postman has tried to deliver the item but nobody has been in and they have not left a card. So it is always worth checking with your local sorting office as a first port of call, and also checking behind back doors and in dustbins!

Order Turnaround
Most orders are sent out the same or next working day as received. However, there may be slight delays at busy times, such as when we are attending trade shows and in the run-up to Christmas.
