Cost: FREE Royal Mail Second Class Standard Delivery
Arrives in 2-3 working days after dispatch (not guaranteed)

Cost: £1.50 Royal Mail First Class Delivery / Arrives the day after dispatch (not guaranteed)

Speedy Delivery within the UK
Cost: £7.50 Royal Mail Special Delivery
Arrives next working day after dispatch

Standard Delivery outside the UK
Cost: £8.50 Royal Mail International Delivery time depends on the destination but is approximately 7 working days but we have seen orders to Ireland taking two weeks. We reserve the right to cover our delivery costs and charge extra for heavier or bulkier shipments to anywhere outside the UK. In such instances, the surcharge will be quoted for your acceptance before your order is finalised. Overseas customers are responsible for complying with their country’s importation laws and taxes, and understand that all goods are shipped at the Purchaser’s risk.

Tracking your Delivery
Miss Milly orders are not shipped on a trackable basis unless you choose the Speedy Delivery within the UK service. If your order has not arrived by the time you expected it, please contact us and we will confirm the date of dispatch and discuss the next steps to take. Please note that Royal Mail does not classify any postal item as lost until 15 working days have lapsed. If you would like a replacement item to be sent out before this time, we will need to hold credit card details for you in the event that the original item turns up too. If you would like to be refunded for a lost item, this can be issued after the 15 working days period has passed and Royal Mail has acknowledged the loss (usually a further 5-7 working days later once a claim has been submitted). Please also note that in the past we have found that the postman has tried to deliver the item but nobody has been in and they have not left a card. So it is always worth checking with your local sorting office as a first port of call, and also checking behind back doors and in dustbins!

All prices you see on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£), VAT inclusive and exclusive of Postage & Packing (P&P). You understand that due to the continual updating of product and fluctuations in exchange rates, Miss Milly reserves the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice. The price you pay will be the one that was valid on the website at the time of your order.

Order Turnaround
Most orders are sent out the same or next working day as received. However, there may be slight delays at busy times, such as when we are attending trade shows and in the run-up to Christmas.

Payment Methods
Miss Milly products can only be dispatched upon payment in full, including any applicable delivery charges. Payment can be made by card online through our secure payment provider, Stripe, or by Paypal.

Viewing Orders
If you register online, any orders that are made and not completed will be held in your Shopping Basket. You will be able to see them when you next log in. You can also view your complete order history. If you are struggling with your order or are unable to find specific products, you can call us and we will be able to remotely log in and complete the order on your behalf.

Updating Account Information
Once you have created an account with Miss Milly, you will be able to log in at any time and update your details, including your billing and shipping addresses and password.

  • A little look at Friday’s Autumn-Winter product shoot with @emmaratcliffestudio. Props are everything! From flowers and pots to tiles and disco balls, we had a wide range to help create the perfect pictures. And this time we coordinated some of the scarves with the jewellery as we do at trade shows. Emma’s great selection of backgrounds meant we could create a mix of textured neutrals and bold pops of colour. 

These are pictures we’ll be using to promote next season’s collection launch from now for the @homeandgiftharrogate and @springautumnfair exhibitions on their websites, in the trade press and on social media, and then on our own website from July.
