Standard Delivery within the UK (only for orders of £15 or more)

First Class Delivery within the UK
Cost: £3 Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery
Arrives next working day after dispatch, inc. Saturdays (not guaranteed)

Speedy Delivery within the UK – order before 10am
Cost: £9.30 Royal Mail Special Delivery                                                                                                                                                                                  Arrives next working day after dispatch. We only ship out on Monday to Friday, so if ordered on Friday after 10am or on Saturday or Sunday, it would be with you on Tuesday.

Standard Delivery outside the UK
Cost: £9.00 Royal Mail International Delivery time depends on the destination but is approximately 7 working days but we have seen orders to Ireland taking two weeks. We reserve the right to cover our delivery costs and charge extra for heavier or bulkier shipments to anywhere outside the UK. In such instances, the surcharge will be quoted for your acceptance before your order is finalised. Overseas customers are responsible for complying with their country’s importation laws and taxes, and understand that all goods are shipped at the Purchaser’s risk.

Tracking your Delivery
Miss Milly orders are not shipped on a trackable basis unless you choose the Speedy Delivery within the UK service. If your order has not arrived by the time you expected it, please contact us and we will confirm the date of dispatch and discuss the next steps to take. Please note that Royal Mail does not classify any postal item as lost until 15 working days have lapsed. If you would like a replacement item to be sent out before this time, we will need to hold credit card details for you in the event that the original item turns up too. If you would like to be refunded for a lost item, this can be issued after the 15 working days period has passed and Royal Mail has acknowledged the loss (usually a further 5-7 working days later once a claim has been submitted). Please also note that in the past we have found that the postman has tried to deliver the item but nobody has been in and they have not left a card. So it is always worth checking with your local sorting office as a first port of call, and also checking behind back doors and in dustbins!

All prices you see on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£), VAT inclusive and exclusive of Postage & Packing (P&P). You understand that due to the continual updating of product and fluctuations in exchange rates, Miss Milly reserves the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice. The price you pay will be the one that was valid on the website at the time of your order.

Who We Supply
Miss Milly sells product to retailers as well as directly from the website. If you would like to know if you have a stockist near you, please visit our Find A Stockist page

Order Turnaround
Most orders are sent out the same or next working day as received. However, there may be slight delays at busy times, such as when we are attending trade shows and in the run-up to Christmas.

Payment Methods
Miss Milly products can only be dispatched upon payment in full, including any applicable delivery charges. Payment can be made by card online through our secure payment provider, Stripe, or by Paypal.

Viewing Orders
If you register online, any orders that are made and not completed will be held in your Shopping Basket. You will be able to see them when you next log in. You can also view your complete order history. If you are struggling with your order or are unable to find specific products, please call us on 01905 622509 and we will try to complete the order on your behalf.

Updating Account Information
Once you have created an account with Miss Milly, you will be able to log in at any time and update your details, including your billing and shipping addresses and password.

  • Our new season colourful jewellery collection is all now in the warehouse and unpacked into the picking bins. And we’re go for shipping out for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and any day in fact.

  • It wasn’t the best show for Miss Milly by a long shot but there will always be bumps in the road (and lessons to learn from them) along the way. @topdrawerlondon seemed well attended, had a great vibe and was so colourful and full of inspiring brands and products. But not many of our target audience were there. We worked out a long time ago that we sit in gift, not fashion, and now we’ve learned that when there’s a heavy bias of cards and home, perhaps it’s also not for us. Or is it just a continuation of every penny being squeezed and it getting tougher to do business as each year passes? 

But we happily caught up with some of our lovely stockists and are dispatching their orders now with lots of time for Valentine’s and Mother’s Day sales (it falls early this year). And we had some great introductory chats with retailers new to us who took a shine to our colourful jewellery and soft scarves. Who knows, if they come onboard, it will all have been very much worth it. 

Regardless, we always make the most of any show by connecting with new and existing industry friends, and enjoying the cuisine of wherever we may be. And it was good to be back in London after an eight year break. Next stop, @springautumnfair from 1-4 February at the @necbirmingham.

  • What happens when the show ends? How long does it take to clear away the beautiful displays of jewellery, scarves, bags, socks, reading and sunglasses and other accessories? Bearing in mind that the show finished at 5PM, it is always amazing how quickly the stock disappears and the decorative elements are removed. You can see how quickly our lovely neighbours Gill and Greg from @remaldieyewear worked here! At 6pm we were halfway through our own breakdown. Jewellery takes a relatively long time if you don’t want to end up with tangled necklaces and earrings without backs.
