Pricing

If you view this site without logging in, all prices are Recommended Retail Prices in Pounds Sterling (£) and exclusive of Postage and Packaging (P&P). Once you log in, all products shown are exclusive of VAT at 20%. You understand that due to the continual updating of product and fluctuations in exchange rates, Miss Milly reserves the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice. The price you pay will be the one that was valid on the website at the time of your order.

Who We Supply

Miss Milly sells wholesale product to retailers, party planners, selected market traders, craft fair traders and e-tailers. We do not supply to car booters or eBay or other Internet auction traders in order to protect the Miss Milly brand and the business and price points of existing customers. If you wish to sell on Amazon, Not On The High Street, Etsy or a similar third party website, please contact us first. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to a potential customer whose business conflicts with our own activity or that of an existing customer.

Exclusivity

Exclusivity of an area is decided based upon a number of factors, including: size/population of the town or city, the type of business, the total value of sales the customer has made during the financial year and the date of their last order. In general, we consider spend of £1200 ex VAT in a 12 month period to be the minimum for granting exclusivity. Exclusivity can only be granted to retail outlets and not to any other kind of business. If a retailer stocks only Miss Milly jewellery or scarves, we reserve the right to supply another outlet close by with the other product category. We reserve the right to supply national companies in any area.

Order Turnaround

Most orders are sent out the same or next working day as received. However, there may be slight delays at busy times, such as during and after trade shows, and in the run-up to Christmas. Orders dispatched by courier are sent in the name of Tidal Fulfilment.

Minimum Order

Minimum order for wholesale prices is £100 ex VAT and Shipping. All items are sold as single pieces so you can pick the exact quantity and colours you need.

Back Orders

Miss Milly does not provide a back order service as many of our lines are not re-stocked. If a product is out of stock it cannot be ordered until it is back in stock.

VAT

VAT at 20% will be added to all UK invoices. VAT will be charged on the total cost of the products, the shipping and any surcharges (where applicable) in line with HMRC regulations. Orders from outside the UK will not be charged VAT. Overseas customers are responsible for complying with their country’s importation laws and taxes, and understand that all goods are shipped at the Purchaser’s risk.

Europe
The prices below are for a 10kg package with DPD, mostly on a two day service. For the more expensive regions, if your order is small / light enough to be sent with a Royal Mail tracked service at a cheaper price, we will endeavour to do this and refund the difference.

  • Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Poland: £16 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £13 for orders of £300 and over
  • Austria, Denmark, France, Hungary, Lithuania & Slovenia: £18 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £15 for orders of £300 and over
  • Latvia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden: £20 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £17 for orders of £300 and over
  • Estonia, Italy & Portugal: £22 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £19 for orders of £300 and over
  • Bulgaria, Finland, Romania & Malta: £29 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £26 for orders of £300 and over
  • Greece: £36 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £33 for orders of £300 and over
  • Cyprus, Croatia & Turkey: £40 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £37 for orders of £300 and over
  • Switzerland: £41 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £38 for orders of £300 and over
  • Norway: £50 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £47 for orders of £300 and over
  • Bosnia Herzegovina and Serbia: £57 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £54 for orders of £300 and over
  • Iceland & Ukraine: £63 for orders up to and including £299.99 / £60 for orders of £300 and over

We reserve the right to cover our delivery costs and charge extra for heavier or bulkier shipments anywhere in Europe. In such instances, the surcharge will be quoted for your acceptance before your order is finalised.

Rest of the World
£30 to 50 for all orders for anywhere else in the world. Should the actual shipping cost be substantially more or less than this, we will charge or refund you the difference. If the cost is more, you will be quoted for your acceptance first and if you don’t wish to go ahead, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Not all destinations will be available for quotes on our system. We currently have prices available for:

  • Ascension, St Helena and Trsitan da Cunha: £30
  • Falkland Islands: £40
  • Australia: £50
  • New Zealand: £50

For orders being shipped to anywhere else in the world, please email hello@missmilly.co.uk or call us on +44 1905 622509. The shipping cost for other overseas locations is calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and will be quoted for your acceptance before payment is requested.

Payment Methods

Miss Milly products can only be dispatched upon payment in full, including delivery charges, unless you have applied for a credit account (UK customers only), which has been approved. Credit Accounts are available to existing customers after your first proforma order. Please click here for the application form.

Payment can be made by card online through our secure payment provider, Stripe. You may also select to pay by BACS transfer and you will find our bank account details on your Order Confirmation email.

For overseas customers, please note that CHAPS payments can be sent in Pounds Sterling only. The sender must elect to pay ALL charges, including those of any intermediary banks used.

Your Bag

Any products added to your Bag that are not checked out will remain there until they are either removed or sell out. You will be able to see them when you next log in. If you are struggling with your order or are unable to find specific products, you can call us and we will be able to remotely log in and complete the order on your behalf.

Updating Account Information

Once you have created an account with Miss Milly, you will be able to log in at any time and update your details, including your billing and shipping addresses and password.

  • Another year of colourful jewellery and soft scarves, and featuring the introduction of our recycled leather bags and purses comes to an end.  As always, there have been highs and lows. But resilience, experience and patience have got us through along with some great celebrations.

  • The real Miss Milly and I have watched Emily in Paris together from the beginning. We love it for beautiful France (and Italy), for the OTT cheesiness, the fashion, funny Luc and the easy watching. And today we binged a lot of the new season with Milly being off work with the lurgy. And it was so great to see that due to the luxury fashion industry discarding 20% of textiles, the delectable Marcello is going to use those offcuts for his new label stating that as well as being sustainable, it will create uniqueness. Just like our recycled leather bags.

We have seen fashion slowly becoming more sustainable as colours blend between the seasons rather than clash, and more consumers value quality over quantity. 

So kudos to the writers and we look forward to seeing Marcello’s design made real. And we’re hoping for some more outlandish outfits from Emily; apart from some eye-catching prints, they’ve been a bit tame.
