Returns Policy for online purchases

If you would like to return an item to Miss Milly for refund or exchange, please refer to the information below.

  • You can return any item (excluding sale items) for a refund at the price you purchased your item by letting us know within 14 calendar days of receipt and then returning the item to us within 28 days of receipt. Please email hello@missmilly.co.uk to confirm return details.
  • You can exchange your item for a different colour or style by letting us know within 14 calendar days of receiving your original order and returning the item to us within 28 days of receipt. Please email hello@missmilly.co.uk to initiate your exchange. You may be charged for sending out the replacement item, depending on the item and the value of your original order. You will be charged for the postage to send out the replacement item.
  • The cost of returning any items to us for refund or exchange is your responsibility (excludes faulty items).
  • Please note that earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
  • All goods will be inspected on return. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods including original standard delivery costs (the extra charge for Special Delivery is not refundable) and returns postage where applicable (for faulty items).
  • We will endeavour to replace items that develop faults within six months of purchase.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure that they are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
  • Just completed your order but changed your mind? No problem – you can return it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See below for more information and contact us ASAP by email to hello@missmilly.co.uk or calling 01905 622509 as we may be able to cancel the order before dispatching the item.
  • Our Returns Policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.

Information about the Consumer Contracts Regulations

The UK Consumer Contracts Regulations advise you have 14 calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.

  • The 14 calendar days starts from the day after you receive your order.
  • We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number. Send an email to hello@missmilly.co.uk.
  • If you have already received your order, you will need to return all of the items in the order. The cost of the return postage is your responsibility. You will have 14 calendar days from the date you notified us to return the goods or provide the proof of return.
  • The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
  • We try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have the item(s) collected at your cost.

🩷 Valentine’s Day: it falls on a Saturday this year so make sure you’ve got stock in by Friday 6 February to take advantage of the weekend prior

🌼 Spring Fair: we’ll be busy with the show (setting up, exhibiting, breaking down, post show recovery and catch-up) from Friday 30 Jan to Friday 6 Feb. You’ll find us in Hall 3 on stand F11

  • Our new season colourful jewellery collection is all now in the warehouse and unpacked into the picking bins. And we’re go for shipping out for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and any day in fact. 

The heart necklace and earrings in our photo are top sellers, there’s no let up with these. Currently available in turquoise (pictured), scarlet red, fuchsia pink, soft pink, coral and ice blue.

  • It wasn’t the best show for Miss Milly by a long shot but there will always be bumps in the road (and lessons to learn from them) along the way. @topdrawerlondon seemed well attended, had a great vibe and was so colourful and full of inspiring brands and products. But not many of our target audience were there. We worked out a long time ago that we sit in gift, not fashion, and now we’ve learned that when there’s a heavy bias of cards and home, perhaps it’s also not for us. Or is it just a continuation of every penny being squeezed and it getting tougher to do business as each year passes? 

But we happily caught up with some of our lovely stockists and are dispatching their orders now with lots of time for Valentine’s and Mother’s Day sales (it falls early this year). And we had some great introductory chats with retailers new to us who took a shine to our colourful jewellery and soft scarves. Who knows, if they come onboard, it will all have been very much worth it. 

Regardless, we always make the most of any show by connecting with new and existing industry friends, and enjoying the cuisine of wherever we may be. And it was good to be back in London after an eight year break. Next stop, @springautumnfair from 1-4 February at the @necbirmingham.

  • What happens when the show ends? How long does it take to clear away the beautiful displays of jewellery, scarves, bags, socks, reading and sunglasses and other accessories? Bearing in mind that the show finished at 5PM, it is always amazing how quickly the stock disappears and the decorative elements are removed. You can see how quickly our lovely neighbours Gill and Greg from @remaldieyewear worked here! At 6pm we were halfway through our own breakdown. Jewellery takes a relatively long time if you don’t want to end up with tangled necklaces and earrings without backs.
