Returns Policy for online purchases

If you would like to return an item to Miss Milly for refund or exchange, please refer to the information below.

  • You can return any item (excluding sale items) for a refund at the price you purchased your item by letting us know within 14 calendar days of receipt and then returning the item to us within 28 days of receipt. Please email hello@missmilly.co.uk to confirm return details.
  • You can exchange your item for a different colour or style by letting us know within 14 calendar days of receiving your original order and returning the item to us within 28 days of receipt. Please email hello@missmilly.co.uk to initiate your exchange. You may be charged for sending out the replacement item, depending on the item and the value of your original order. You will be charged for the postage to send out the replacement item.
  • The cost of returning any items to us for refund or exchange is your responsibility (excludes faulty items).
  • Please note that earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
  • All goods will be inspected on return. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods including original standard delivery costs (the extra charge for Special Delivery is not refundable) and returns postage where applicable (for faulty items).
  • We will endeavour to replace items that develop faults within six months of purchase.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure that they are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
  • Just completed your order but changed your mind? No problem – you can return it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See below for more information and contact us ASAP by email to hello@missmilly.co.uk or calling 01905 622509 as we may be able to cancel the order before dispatching the item.
  • Our Returns Policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.

Information about the Consumer Contracts Regulations

The UK Consumer Contracts Regulations advise you have 14 calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.

  • The 14 calendar days starts from the day after you receive your order.
  • We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number. Send an email to hello@missmilly.co.uk.
  • If you have already received your order, you will need to return all of the items in the order. The cost of the return postage is your responsibility. You will have 14 calendar days from the date you notified us to return the goods or provide the proof of return.
  • The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
  • We try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have the item(s) collected at your cost.

  • Another year of colourful jewellery and soft scarves, and featuring the introduction of our recycled leather bags and purses comes to an end.  As always, there have been highs and lows. But resilience, experience and patience have got us through along with some great celebrations. 

Thank you to everybody who has supported us this year with orders and love. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and we’ll see you in the New Year. The office and warehouse are closing at midday today, opening again on 2 January.

But keep your eyes peeled, we’ll post some next season teasers during the break. Think beautiful pastels alongside tropical brights, a lot of oceanic vibes and new, extra super softness in scarves.
  • The real Miss Milly and I have watched Emily in Paris together from the beginning. We love it for beautiful France (and Italy), for the OTT cheesiness, the fashion, funny Luc and the easy watching. And today we binged a lot of the new season with Milly being off work with the lurgy. And it was so great to see that due to the luxury fashion industry discarding 20% of textiles, the delectable Marcello is going to use those offcuts for his new label stating that as well as being sustainable, it will create uniqueness. Just like our recycled leather bags.

We have seen fashion slowly becoming more sustainable as colours blend between the seasons rather than clash, and more consumers value quality over quantity. 

So kudos to the writers and we look forward to seeing Marcello’s design made real. And we’re hoping for some more outlandish outfits from Emily; apart from some eye-catching prints, they’ve been a bit tame.
